“Another fresh new year…

“Another fresh new year is here . . .
Another year to live!
To banish worry, doubt, and fear,
To love and laugh and give!

This bright new year is given me
To live each day with zest . . .
To daily grow and try to be
My highest and my best!

I have the opportunity
Once more to right some wrongs,
To pray for peace, to plant a tree,
And sing more joyful songs!”
–William Arthur Ward

Happy New Year!  What are we planning on changing or enhancing to make this year better than the next?

    • Laurie, Thanks for the link! I find it funny how every year we all look at what we want to accomplish and then we set goals. It is sometimes a continuation of last year or whatever….but the real goal should be to keep up positive and peaceful momentum! Glad you enjoy the sentiment!

  1. I do not know what I want to change this year – for 5 years it has been my health…now we are down to just weight…nothing is working…stuck feelings.

Usually I am quite organized and well planned months in advance…right now working for the seat of my pants…everywhere

hmm…maybe this is trying something new?
loved the poem and the possibility

    • Patricia, giving you a gentle push to help build some wonderful and positive momentum. It is so very important not to allow ourselves to get overly critical of our progress. Every task can be daunting, terrifying, and we must have patience and walk baby steps. I hear you on the organization bit. I can never fully be as organized before the next whatever pops up.

Take a big deep breath Patricia and know that your “stuck feelings” are not alone…GOOD LUCK and Keep fighting the good fight!
